Yes: the kitchen marks the order as ready with one tap on the kitchen display (KDS). Without a kitchen display, nobody can call the orders.
Yes. The menu board can reserve an area for order numbers. For a busy restaurant, a dedicated screen above the pickup counter stays more readable.
Any screen with an HDMI port. We plug a NeyNey box behind it and mount it on the wall if needed. We supply the screen on quote if you have none.
Yes, as an option: a QR code on the receipt opens the order tracking, and the customer is notified when it is ready.
A few hours are enough for a full installation. We prepare your menu beforehand, then install the hardware and train your team on site: you use it from the next service.
