From the app, you photograph the invoice on the counter, or forward the PDF received by e-mail to your NeyNey address. The AI reads every line: product, quantity, price, VAT, and recalculates the totals.

You approve; a doubtful line is flagged
Each line is matched to an ingredient in your stock. A price that has moved or an unusual quantity is highlighted: you fix it in one tap, and the AI remembers the correction for that supplier.

Your accountant gets everything, filed
Invoices are filed by supplier and by month, with due dates. Your accountant has their own access: they see the invoices, the exports and the purchase ledger without going through you.
