Yes. The accessibility mode lowers the interface to wheelchair height, strengthens contrast and enlarges text. The kiosk thus meets the European Accessibility Act, which has applied to self-service kiosks since 28 June 2025.
NeyNey supplies its own POS: we do not connect to other vendors’ tills. This is a deliberate choice, for the security and confidentiality of your data: your sales, payments and customer files stay in one system, with no bridge to third-party software, and tax compliance is guaranteed end to end. Switching is simple: we import your menu, items and settings, and train your team in a few hours, with no interruption of service.
We buy out your contract. For the months left with your current supplier (up to 12 months and 300 € excl. VAT per month), we deduct your current monthly payment from your NeyNey payment: you never pay twice. Example: you have 6 months left at 300 € excl. VAT and NeyNey costs you 500 € excl. VAT per month? You pay 200 € excl. VAT for 6 months, then 500 €. In return, your NeyNey software is committed for 24 months after the end of your current contract, i.e. 30 months in this example. Reserved for hardware purchases. Just send us a copy of your current contract, and enter your remaining months and monthly payment at step 4 of the quote.
Yes, it is your choice. To keep them, there is NeyNey Conversion : we replace the computer inside your kiosks with a NeyNey mini-PC for 597 € excl. VAT per kiosk. They then work with your NeyNey POS, your kitchen and everything NeyNey, at the usual kiosk software rate, with a 24-month commitment. Only the mini-PC is covered by NeyNey: the screen, printer and card reader remain yours and NeyNey does not service them; if they fail, you call your own repairer. We first check that your model is compatible. To go brand new, we install NeyNey kiosks, fully covered and supported, and take the old ones off your hands: we buy them back for up to 300 € each, depending on their condition, if you own them. This is often the right choice when your kiosks are old, damaged or not compatible with Conversion. In both cases the NeyNey POS is required: it is the one thing we do not convert, because it is what makes everything work together.
Commitments are short. With a purchase, the software is committed for 12 months. With a lease (lease-to-own), the term follows the hardware: 12 months for the kitchen display (KDS), menu board boxes, probes and label printers, 22 months for the POS, 32 months for the kiosk. After that the hardware part stops and you only pay for the software. The one exception: kiosks moved to NeyNey with NeyNey Conversion have a 24-month software commitment.
With a purchase, yes, from day one. With a lease (lease-to-own), the hardware becomes yours at the end of the contract for a token purchase option of 10 to 197 €. Our kiosk costs 3 700 € excl. VAT, against 5 349 to 16 050 € for proprietary kiosks on the market.
